copy editors, illustrators, photographers, photo researchers,
and in-house staff.
Copy Editors
and Proofreaders
El-hi and trade reference experience preferred. Accuracy
and efficiency are highly important.
Elementary Math Freelance
writers/editors experienced in preparing K-6 basal, ancillary,
and supplementary materials and tests
Latin American History Writers
with strong knowledge of Spanish language as well as Latin
American culture and history needed for encyclopedia project.
Must be fluent writers with experience handling reference
materials.
Social Studies and History Freelance
writers/researchers with experience in content area
Elementary Reading Freelance writers/editors
needed for ongoing projects
ESL/ELL Teachers and
writers needed for various projects. Must be able to "translate"
in-class activities into on-the-page projects for both teachers
